Job Description
Role Overview
As a Data Platform Engineer, you will contribute to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. You will collaborate closely with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration across various systems and data models, supporting the overall data infrastructure strategy to enable efficient data flow and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data platform components with business requirements.
- Identify potential improvements and optimizations within the data platform architecture.
- Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance on best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data modeling concepts.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing performance.
