Data Platform Engineer

Role Overview

As a Data Platform Engineer, you will assist with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components. You will collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models, supporting a robust and scalable data environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data platform components with business needs.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies for data platform integration.
• Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance on best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data platform components to suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Build Tool.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Experience with data modeling and integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of data pipeline development and orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development practices.
