Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role involves setting up and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring smooth and secure deployment workflows. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize system performance and reliability while proactively addressing security vulnerabilities and managing cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system automation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and pipeline issues to maintain high availability.
- Document processes and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members in understanding DevOps practices and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
- Familiarity with security best practices in deployment pipelines.
- Ability to automate workflows and manage infrastructure as code.
