Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will coordinate the implementation of artificial intelligence workflows and system architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role involves managing the integration of solutions within a complex enterprise technology environment, ensuring seamless interaction between multiple artificial intelligence models and diverse provider platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain scalability.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of AI workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment processes to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Document deployment procedures and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members in understanding deployment frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong understanding of AI workflow orchestration and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work with multi-provider platforms and manage interoperability challenges.
