Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will coordinate the implementation of artificial intelligence workflows and system architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role involves managing the integration of solutions within a complex enterprise technology environment, ensuring seamless interaction between multiple artificial intelligence models and diverse provider platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of AI solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployed AI workflows to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
• Document deployment processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members in understanding deployment procedures and resolving technical challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence model deployment and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology stacks and multi-provider platform ecosystems.
• Ability to design scalable AI workflows that align with business and technical requirements.
