Job Description
Role Overview
As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, driving discussions on transformation, customer journeys, and functional/application designs to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Familiarity with API management and middleware technologies.
