Role Overview

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems using APIs and low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Experience integrating Machine Learning models into SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs for system integration.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms for application customization.
