Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Role Overview

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. You will work with various tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and release management.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms for customizing software solutions.
• Ability to monitor and optimize system performance for stability and scalability.
• 15 years of full-time education.
