Performance Engineer

Role Overview

As a Performance Engineer, you will diagnose complex issues that internal testing teams cannot resolve. You will focus on five key pillars: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution. This role specifically involves managing Dynatrace environments, including installation, configuration, and customization to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace agents and environments.
• Monitor application performance, infrastructure, and services.
• Create and manage custom dashboards, reports, and alerts.
• Configure and customize Smartscape topology, Distributed tracing, Notebooks, Workflows, and Real user monitoring (RUM).
• Manage Synthetic monitoring, alerts, manual tagging, and maintenance windows.

Requirements

• Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in Dynatrace APM.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Experience in application development using at least one programming language and SQL.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, application performance, and cloud environments.
