Job Description
Role Overview
As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, while creating automation strategies and supporting data and environment configuration.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in code reviews, monitor systems, and report defects to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements to develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
