Job Description
Role Overview
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability. The role involves managing Requests for Change (RFC), updating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with vendors and service management teams to maintain business continuity and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and troubleshooting guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, changes, and resolutions.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding incident status and progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Familiarity with incident management and change management frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
