Job Description
Role Overview
As a Web Developer, you will design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components and edit site content. You will be responsible for documenting technical designs and specifications, as well as researching and incorporating updated content to enhance user experience and site functionality.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
- Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes and improvements in web applications.
- Assist and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Monitor web application performance and suggest efficiency enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within web-based applications.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Familiarity with user interface design principles and best practices.
- Skilled in testing methodologies to ensure high-quality application delivery.
