Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Accurest Consulting is building a central operating system for supply chain management and demand planning for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. As a Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will join early to ship features end-to-end, shape architecture, and utilize modern AI coding tools to build a multi-tenant platform spanning inventory, forecasting, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features across backend (Python/Django) and frontend (React).
• Design and evolve REST APIs, data models, and background workflows.
• Write async and scheduled tasks using Celery, backed by Redis.
• Model and optimize relational data in PostgreSQL, with strict attention to multi-tenant data isolation.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions as the system scales from a monolith toward services.
• Use AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) effectively in day-to-day workflow.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Solid backend experience with Python and Django.
• Frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL including schema design and queries.
• Familiarity with Redis and Celery.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants/agents.
• Comfort building in a monolithic codebase and reasoning about architectural scaling.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Exposure to supply chain, ERP, logistics, e-commerce, or fintech domains.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or integrating ML into applications.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment.
• Testing discipline (pytest, unit/integration testing).
