Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software systems, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop applications, solve technical problems, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Windows Services, schedulers, background applications, and data synchronization solutions.
• Integrate and manage communication with databases, PLCs, machines, devices, and external systems.
• Ensure service reliability, performance, monitoring, logging, and fault tolerance.
• Handle end-to-end development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Deliver projects and milestones on time while meeting quality and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Resolve QA and customer issues through root cause analysis and timely closure.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, automation, and AI adoption to enhance productivity.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, security compliance, unit testing, and technical debt reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and process-related records.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or M.Tech.
• 0–1 year of experience (relevant internship experience is preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in person.
