Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), scripting, automation, and integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications for optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs and integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
