BASE24 Software Engineer

Role Overview

As a BASE24 Software Engineer, you will independently design, develop, test, and support high-quality payment solutions. You will focus on BASE24-eps, particularly network interfaces, ensuring seamless transaction processing and compliance with global card schemes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot BASE24-eps issues while adhering to change management standards.
• Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs) and maintain C++ code for applications.
• Work extensively on BASE24-eps network interfaces and message flows.
• Perform application testing using ASSET simulators.
• Ensure compliance with card scheme mandates such as Visa, Mastercard, and Banknet.
• Support database activities involving Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Develop Shell/Batch scripts for automation and use Vagrant for environment management.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with BASE24-eps and network interfaces.
• Proficiency in C++ development within a Unix/Linux environment.
• Experience testing applications using ASSET simulators.
• Solid understanding of card payment schemes and mandates.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Shell/Batch scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Vagrant.
