Software Engineer III - Front End

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer III - Front End, you will serve as an emerging technical leader within the engineering team. You will own complex development efforts with limited guidance, mentoring other engineers, improving engineering processes, and ensuring successful delivery across the program.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex user-facing applications using Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using established Design System components.
• Lead development of reusable UI components and contribute to the evolution of the Design System.
• Develop and improve automated UI testing using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Ensure frontend implementations meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Estimate development work, participate in technical planning, and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues.
• Mentor Software Engineers I and II through code reviews and paired programming.
• Drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, QA, UX, and Product Managers.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
