Software Engineer

Role Overview

As a backend-focused engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain reliable RESTful APIs and backend services to power intelligent growth platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-performance data intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and Django.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code adhering to Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Write efficient queries and assist in managing SQL/NoSQL database schemas.
• Partner with frontend developers to align API contracts and ensure seamless integration.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and optimize performance.
• Actively participate in team code reviews to maintain high code quality.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of professional software development experience focused on backend systems.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Python and its core libraries.
• Hands-on experience building web applications using Django and Django REST Framework.
• Clear understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and software design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and writing SQL queries.
• Proficiency with Git and standard development workflows.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of asynchronous tasks using Celery or Redis.
