Jr. UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

Adscult is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer who can design complex, data-driven dashboards and build scalable design systems from scratch. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in Kandivali East, Mumbai, ideal for someone who takes ownership and thinks like a product designer.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards, web applications, and SaaS interfaces that handle large volumes of data.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, including design tokens, component libraries, and documentation.
• Design intuitive data visualizations for charts, graphs, tables, metrics, and reports.
• Create micro-interactions, animations, empty states, loading states, and error states.
• Deliver clean, developer-ready Figma files using advanced features.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams in agile sprint cycles.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, UX writing, and design workflows.
• Plan and allocate tasks, manage sprint timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design.
• Experience designing dashboards or analytics-heavy digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, and Component Libraries.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.

• Experience with motion design tools such as Rive, Principle, or Adobe After Effects.

• Familiarity with Zoho for project tracking.
