Part-Time Web Developer (Shopify) — Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled part-time web developer to help build, optimize, and maintain our Shopify store and create high-converting offers. This is a remote position requiring approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Shopify themes, pages, and functionality
• Design and implement offers, bundles, upsells, and promotional campaigns
• Optimize storefront for conversion, speed, and mobile experience
• Troubleshoot bugs and maintain site performance
• Collaborate with our marketing team on landing pages and creative
• Communicate with clients during calls and handovers

Requirements

• Proven experience developing on Shopify (theme customization, Liquid, apps)
• Track record of creating and structuring compelling offers that convert
• Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Eye for clean, conversion-focused design
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to work ~20 hours/week

Nice to Have

• Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with conversion optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
• Knowledge of Shopify apps for upsells and bundling
