Full Stack (Python & Java)

Role Overview

Aeries Technology is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and/or Java technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Exposure to Machine Learning and Data Analytics is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services.
• Develop backend applications using Python 3 and/or Java (8+).
• Build and consume RESTful APIs using Spring Boot 3.x.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Write optimized SQL queries and manage relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD practices.
• Leverage machine learning models and create reports using Power BI and Excel.

Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL.
• Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Git, Postman, and Jupyter Notebook.
