Role Overview

At Agentropic, we build AI systems for real businesses. As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you won't hide behind a screen; you will sit with customers, identify their needs, and ship real AI products alongside founders from week one. We are an AI transformation company helping businesses become AI-native by building agents and empowering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build real AI products in direct collaboration with founders and clients.
• Sit with customers to figure out actual business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Navigate vague problem spaces without predefined specifications.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building real things (side projects, freelance work, or hackathon builds).
• Experience building with AI tools and having informed opinions on them.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical people.
• Comfort with ambiguity and self-directed problem-solving.
