Job Description
Role Overview
We are building a hyper-localized mobile platform designed specifically for local workers in Kerala. This project involves creating a high-accessibility mobile app with a focus on ease of use for non-tech-savvy users.
Responsibilities
- Build the frontend, user flows, and backend integrations using FlutterFlow and Firebase.
- Develop a clean, high-contrast 3-button Home Screen UI with Malayalam typography.
- Implement frictionless authentication via Firebase Phone OTP.
- Develop a voice-first profile creation feature using OpenAI Whisper or similar Speech-to-Text APIs.
- Create a streamlined camera upload flow for instant photo capture and storage.
- Set up Firestore or Supabase collections for profiles, job listings, and application states.
Requirements
- Proven experience building mobile apps using FlutterFlow.
- Strong understanding of Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Storage).
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, specifically Audio/Speech-to-Text services.
- Ability to design clean, accessible, mobile-first UI layouts with custom font scaling.
- Ability to deliver a fully tested APK within a 3 to 4 week timeline.
