Engineer Intern (remote)

Role Overview

As an Engineer Intern at aim performance™, you will support the design, development, and testing of features for our Agentic AI performance management platform. You will contribute to a rapidly evolving product where new agentic AI capabilities and microservices are launched every month, working in a hybrid environment primarily based in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing backend and frontend components.
• Integrate APIs and data sources.
• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Contribute to performance, security, and reliability improvements.
• Document technical workflows and participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational software engineering skills and understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies and application development.
• Interest or exposure to AI/ML concepts, microservices architecture, and cloud-based systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
