Graduate Trainee – Software Development

Role Overview

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee within the Digital Technology team, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of innovative digital solutions. This role provides hands-on exposure to Full Stack Development, SAP ABAP, automation platforms, and modern software engineering practices to support the organization's digital transformation objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software applications and enterprise systems.
• Assist in developing new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and process automation solutions.
• Support Full Stack Development initiatives involving web applications, databases, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
• Contribute to SAP ABAP development activities including reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Assist in designing and executing automated and manual test cases to ensure quality.
• Support the implementation of Low-Code/No-Code platforms and workflow automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and propose technology-driven solutions.
• Monitor existing applications and maintain technical documentation and design specifications.
