Web Designer/Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Designer who can independently manage website design, development, updates, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in front-end technologies, responsive web design, and application design, with the ability to take complete ownership of projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and responsive web interfaces.
• Ensure websites are optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Independently handle website updates, modifications, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to translate business requirements into effective digital experiences.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, usability, and visual consistency.
• Work on website integrations and basic backend requirements where necessary.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver them within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant, hands-on experience in web design and development.
• Must be comfortable working independently and handling projects end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of modern web design standards.
