UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

Aivida is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and engaging interfaces for Aivida's digital healthcare platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, visual design, and responsive interface design, with the ability to convert business and user requirements into effective digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and understand user requirements.
• Develop responsive designs for different screen sizes and devices.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and components.
• Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback and usability requirements.
• Create designs that provide a smooth and seamless healthcare user experience.
• Present design concepts and explain design decisions to the team.
• Ensure designs are practical, scalable, and developer-friendly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Design, UI/UX, Visual Design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems.
• Good understanding of UI design principles and UX methodologies.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong visual design and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand user needs and translate them into effective designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience designing web or mobile applications is preferred.
• Healthcare or technology product experience will be an added advantage.
