AI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques. The ideal candidate will work on real-world data problems, develop predictive models, and integrate AI capabilities into production applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and build predictive solutions
• Develop and optimize ML pipelines for training, testing, and deployment
• Integrate AI models into applications using APIs or microservices
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
• Collaborate with software, data, and product teams
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML tools and industry trends

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering)
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Knowledge of REST APIs for model integration
• Understanding of statistics and linear algebra
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision
• Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, or prompt engineering
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
