UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
• Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and quality across products.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns that align with best practices.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge user experiences.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, making sure to clearly articulate design decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and performing usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail in typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
