Java/J2EE Developer

Role Overview

The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced environment on dynamic project teams, focusing on high-profile, challenging projects in biometrics, identity management, and security control systems (such as Law Enforcement Systems).

Responsibilities

• Design, development, implementation, and maintenance of projects in the field of biometrics, identity management and security control such as Law Enforcement System, with support by SME.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least five (5) full JEE SDLC experience in JEE solutions.
• Track record in software design, development and deployment of medium or large scale JEE projects.
• Knowledge and hands-on working experience in 3 or more of the following technology areas are essential: J2EE and Java-based solution & development.
• Experience with various operating systems such as UNIX, Windows, Linux, etc.
• Technical Skills in some of the following are preferable: Application server Wildfly 11.
• Database experience in MS SQL Server 2017 or MS SQL Server 2012, MySQL.
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP or RESTful), HTML, Jsp, XML, JavaScript, jquery, Jasper Reports.
• Experience with JDK 1.8, Spring 4.3, hibernate 4.3, struts 1, jpbm 4.4.1, quartz 2.3.2.
• Experience with Maven for compiling and packaging tool.
• Familiarity with Eclipse Java EE IDE, SQL Server Management Studio, TIBCO Jaspersoft Studio 6.6.0.
• Possess initiative, strong commitment, orientation towards results, and high-quality standards.
