Job Description
Role Overview
This is a 1-year position starting with a 6-month internship followed by a permanent role. The position involves a mix of data management and customer support duties, offering a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Data handling and backend updates
- Customer support via email, WhatsApp, and calls
- Coordination with internal teams
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Self-motivated and reliable personality
- Availability for full-time hours (10 AM to 7 PM)
- Must possess a laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection
