Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Aloes Tree EdTech Ltd is looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer who is comfortable moving between web, mobile, and desktop platforms. You'll own features end to end — from database schema and API design through to the interface users actually touch, whether that's a React web app, a native Android or iOS build, a Flutter app, or an Electron desktop client.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications across web, mobile, and desktop
• Develop and ship native Android applications using Java and Kotlin
• Build and maintain iOS applications, including work on existing Objective-C codebases
• Create cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter and Dart
• Build desktop applications using Electron
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs with Node.js
• Build responsive front-end interfaces in React (JavaScript / TypeScript)
• Implement interactive 3D and visual features using Three.js
• Design and optimize data layers across SQL, MongoDB, SQLite, and Hive
• Integrate Firebase services
• Implement Google Analytics tracking
• Write clean, testable, documented code and take part in code reviews via Git
• Debug, profile, and optimize performance across platforms

Requirements

• 2 years of professional software development experience
• Demonstrated experience shipping applications on at least two of: web, Android, iOS, desktop
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on unfamiliar code
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
