Role Overview

Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React and Spring Boot microservices, managing everything from PostgreSQL schemas to Kafka-based event streaming pipelines and Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA) deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React and Spring Boot.
• Build, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and performance tuning.
• Develop and manage Kafka-based event streaming pipelines.
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads on Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA).
• Configure and maintain ELK Stack for centralized logging and observability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD and automated testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks and Redux.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL data modelling and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka stream processing.
• Experience with ROSA or Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
• Proficiency with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Java, and TypeScript.
