Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Internal Website Developer to design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's internal websites, portals, dashboards, and web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in modern web development technologies, responsive UI/UX, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, security, automation, and AI-enabled development tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal websites, employee portals, intranet platforms, dashboards, and web applications.
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Convert business requirements and workflows into functional web solutions.
- Integrate internal systems, third-party applications, APIs, and business platforms.
- Implement modern frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, or Node.js.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted development, automation, chatbots, and AI-powered business tools.
- Develop secure backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Manage application deployment, hosting, and monitoring using cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Follow web security best practices including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in web development or application development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong database knowledge in SQL and/or NoSQL.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
