Engineer I - Full Stack

Role Overview

As an Engineer I within the Experience Engineering workstream, you will be a founding member of a new team dedicated to building a world-class user experience. You will work alongside talented engineers to build and ship award-winning planning technology, developing systems, building tools, and establishing best practices to deliver a seamless and intuitive experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Stay customer-focused, solving problems for users and enabling sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with Product teams to deliver customer-delighting experiences and platform innovations.
• Actively practice continuous integration and deployment while contributing improvements to engineering processes.
• Thrive within an agile development environment that promotes autonomy and accountability.
• Write tests across all levels of the testing pyramid to ensure production-ready quality.
• Apply experience across the full stack while continuing to expand technical expertise.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES2015+), HTML, and CSS.
• Emerging proficiency with TypeScript and React.
• Experience or familiarity with JVM-based languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Spring Boot is a plus.
• Understanding of deployment tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
