Android Application Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Android Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Android application development using Kotlin and Java, along with experience in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Kotlin and Java.
• Implement modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
• Debug, test, and resolve application issues.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Jetpack, and Material Design.
• Good understanding of MVVM, LiveData, ViewModel, Room Database, Navigation Component, and Coroutines.
• Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, REST APIs, and JSON parsing.
• Familiarity with Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM).
• Experience with Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger/Koin).
• Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations and third-party SDKs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
