Java Full Stack Trainer / Java Faculty

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Java Trainer / Java Faculty & AI Trainer to impart high-quality training and monitor the student life cycle to ensure standard learning outcomes. This role involves conducting both in-person and virtual classes to facilitate a personalized blended learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live in-person or virtual classes to train learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and various frameworks.
• Facilitate and support learner progress to achieve desired skill outcomes.
• Evaluate and grade learner project reports, presentations, and other academic documents.
• Mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions.
• Develop, validate, and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs.
• Liaise with respective teams regarding schedule planning, academic evaluation, and learning management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a trainer or faculty member.
• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, and REST.
• Experience with Struts 2.0 or Spring 5.0 frameworks and above.
• Hands-on experience with Webserver/Application Server usage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and AI Concepts.
