Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled AWS Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS services, Linux administration, networking, and cloud security.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot cloud-related issues.
- Implement and maintain cloud security and access control policies.
- Support application deployment and infrastructure scaling.
- Perform backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth cloud operations.
- Automate routine tasks and infrastructure provisioning.
- Maintain documentation for cloud architecture and configurations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Knowledge of EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
- Good understanding of Linux Administration.
- Knowledge of Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancers).
- Experience with cloud monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Exposure to Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
- AWS Certification is an added advantage.
