Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Appzeon is looking for a Full Stack Developer – Product Engineering. The ideal candidate should be capable of working across the frontend, backend, database, APIs, AI integrations and deployment, while taking ownership of features from development to production. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building real products, solving problems and working independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable web applications using Next.js, React.js and JavaScript
• Develop secure and scalable REST APIs using Python & FastAPI
• Design and optimize MongoDB databases and queries
• Develop recruitment modules including Job Posting, Job Search, Applications, Candidate & Employer Dashboards, ATS and Applicant Tracking
• Build AI-powered features such as Resume Parsing, ATS Scoring, Skill Gap Analysis, Resume Enhancement, Cover Letter Generation, Job Recommendations and Candidate Matching
• Implement authentication, authorization, notifications and secure file management
• Integrate AI/LLM APIs, payment gateways, email services and third-party APIs
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS
• Work with Docker and AWS for application deployment and production environments
• Debug, optimize and maintain applications for performance, reliability and scalability
• Participate in feature planning, testing, releases and continuous product improvement

Requirements

• Can independently develop end-to-end product features
• Understands both frontend and backend development
• Can work with an existing codebase and improve it
• Has strong API and database development skills
• Is comfortable with debugging and production issues
• Takes ownership and delivers without constant supervision
• Can convert business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Is eager to learn, experiment and grow with a product-focused company
