Role Overview

Enable engineering velocity by building reliable, secure, and scalable CI/CD platforms, cloud infrastructure, and observability solutions supporting large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Supporting production operations through on-call support across designated shifts.
• Coordinating with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Monitoring application and infrastructure health using various monitoring tools.
• Working on assigned support tickets and documenting incidents and resolutions.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Managing source control and artifacts using Git and Artifactory.
• Deploying and operating Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Automating infrastructure using Ansible and scripting.
• Supporting build systems for Java, Node.js, and iOS stacks.
• Implementing monitoring using Dynatrace, OpenObserve, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Operating cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Coding/scripting experience with Java, Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Artifactory, Jira, and Splunk.
• Experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Maven, Gradle, Node.js, NPM, and Xcode Build.
• Experience with Dynatrace, OpenObserve, and Grafana.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Microservices and large-scale distributed systems.
• Reliability engineering and incident management.
