Job Description
Role Overview
Join archintX and gain hands-on experience testing APIs, validating backend services, and improving the reliability of an education and career platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute API test cases to validate functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman and other API testing tools.
- Validate request and response data, status codes, headers, authentication, and error handling.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track API defects and inconsistencies.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and basic performance testing.
- Work with developers and QA teams to investigate and resolve API-related issues.
- Validate API integrations between frontend applications and backend services.
- Maintain test cases, test data, API documentation, and testing reports.
Requirements
- Students interested in API testing, software testing, backend systems, QA, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, or Postman is a plus.
- Attention to detail, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
