Job Description
Role Overview
Join archintX and gain hands-on experience supporting network infrastructure, connectivity, and reliable IT operations for an education and career platform.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues involving LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.
- Assist with configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
- Identify and document network issues and support their resolution.
- Perform basic network diagnostics using tools such as ping, traceroute, and network monitoring tools.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and troubleshooting records.
- Collaborate with IT, cloud, DevOps, and development teams to support reliable infrastructure.
Requirements
- Students interested in networking, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and Linux is a plus.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
