Job Description
Role Overview
Join archintX and gain hands-on experience supporting, maintaining, and improving reliable IT systems and infrastructure for an education and career platform.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, availability, resource usage, and system health.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity-related issues.
- Work with Linux and Windows environments to support system operations.
- Assist with system configurations, updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor logs and investigate system errors, alerts, and performance issues.
- Support basic automation and scripting for repetitive system administration tasks.
- Collaborate with network, cloud, DevOps, and development teams to maintain reliable systems.
Requirements
- Students interested in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, Linux, cloud computing, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, or scripting is a plus.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
