Role Overview

ArgyleEnigma Tech Labs is an AI technology startup building FinDocGPT, an enterprise AI platform powered by Generative AI, Small/Large Language Models (SLMs/LLMs), RAG, and intelligent document processing. As an AI/ML & Generative AI Intern, you will work on the actual FinDocGPT AI stack and production use cases, serving international clients.

Responsibilities

• Building and improving LLM/SLM-powered applications
• Developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Fine-tuning and evaluating open-source language models
• Prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs
• Document extraction, chunking, embeddings and semantic search
• Building vector databases and enterprise knowledge bases
• Improving model accuracy and reducing hallucinations
• Creating AI evaluation and benchmarking pipelines
• Model quantization and efficient inference
• Integrating AI models with APIs and production systems

Requirements

• Students or recent graduates from Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Strong Python fundamentals
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, Transformers, embeddings and semantic search
• Basic experience with Git and APIs
• Personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, research, or hackathons are a strong plus
