Role Overview
We are looking for Fresher to 1 year experienced Full Stack Developers who are passionate about building web applications using Python (FastAPI) and React.js, and are excited to leverage Generative AI and No-Code / Low-Code platforms to ship faster. This role is ideal for someone who loves to learn, experiment, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs using Python & FastAPI.
- Build responsive, modular front-end applications in React.js.
- Integrate APIs with internal and external systems, including third-party services and SaaS tools.
- Use GenAI tools (such as Replit, Base44 or similar) and No-Code / Low-Code platforms to accelerate development.
- Apply basic prompt engineering to work with AI assistants, code generators, and automation tools.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack (backend, frontend, integration).
- Collaborate with senior developers and business teams to understand requirements and deliver features on time.
- Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to the role.
Requirements
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in software development.
- Academic projects, personal projects, internships, or GitHub portfolio will be considered.
- Quick and self-learner with strong curiosity to explore new technologies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear, concise communication and willingness to ask questions when needed.
- Willingness to work from office (WFO) on a regular basis.
