Job Description
Role Overview
We are a young, fast moving web design studio working with brands that want to stand out. We care about speed and obsessive attention to detail. We do not care about degrees, certificates or where you studied. If you can code, you’re welcome.
Responsibilities
- Build pixel perfect, high performance websites from Figma files.
- Translate animations and micro interactions into smooth, responsive layouts.
- Work closely with designers and founders to convert ideas into working experiences.
- Ensure sites are fast, SEO friendly and scalable.
- Debug, troubleshoot and optimize performance across devices and browsers.
- Push builds on staging and production with confidence.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, Tailwind and JavaScript.
- Ability to bring Figma designs to life exactly as they look, down to the last pixel.
- Experience with responsive layouts and component based architecture.
- Ownership mindset. You care about the final output, not just the code.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate until it feels right.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with GSAP or WebGL.
- Experience with 3D libraries like Three JS or Blender exports.
- Basic backend understanding or experience with APIs.
- Comfort with Git and deployment pipelines.
