UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are a young, fast-moving web design studio working with brands that want to stand out. We care about creativity, drive, and tenacity. We value your portfolio and your ability to make design work beautifully over formal degrees.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire design journey from idea to final handoff in Figma.
• Work closely with founders, developers, and product heads to convert messy thoughts into clean flows.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems.
• Present design decisions and explain the rationale behind them.
• Maintain consistency of visual language across platforms.

Requirements

• A portfolio that proves taste and an eye for detail.
• Strong skills in Figma including auto layout, prototyping, and component structure.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive interfaces.
• Understanding of UX fundamentals and design thinking.
• Ability to receive and give feedback without ego.
