Junior Backend Developer – AI & Software Development Trainee

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Backend & AI Developer to join our team and work on modern web applications and AI-powered products. You will be involved in developing backend systems, integrating AI technologies, working with databases and APIs, and contributing to the development of new AI-powered products and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications and APIs using Java and Python.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered features using APIs such as OpenAI and other AI platforms.
• Develop AI-based automation, workflows, and intelligent product features.
• Design, manage, and optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Work with AI models, data processing, embeddings, and RAG where required.
• Handle Linux server configuration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Write clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Debug application, API, database, and server-side issues.
• Work with Git, Docker, and cloud environments for development and deployment.
• Collaborate with the team to research and develop new AI-powered products and solutions.
