Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Tamil Officer for our Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, managing contact information, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Responsibilities
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Contacting active and budding clients to encourage purchases.
- Addressing client uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions in a timely manner.
- Maintaining professional composure and handling critique effectively.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Tamil is required.
- Ability to work in person.
