Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

AssessHub is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build the future of talent intelligence. You will work across the entire stack, collaborating with a high-ownership team to ship features end-to-end, utilizing AI tools as a force multiplier to redefine how organizations hire using predictive talent analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across frontend and backend, owning them end to end.
• Write clean, scalable APIs and backend logic in Node.js and Python.
• Build fast, responsive UIs using React and Next.js.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and AI-powered workflows into the product.
• Work with PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Codex, Copilot) actively in your daily workflow.
• Collaborate with product and design to turn wireframes into live features.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on Full Stack experience in a product company environment.
• Fluency in Python, Node.js, and React.
• Active use of AI development tools in your daily workflow.
• Proficiency with Git workflows, deployment basics, and cloud environments.
• Ability to write readable, maintainable code.
